Attached is the Grocery / Food Coop order sheet.
(1) Fill in your contact information
(2) Fill in your qty beside each item you would like
(3) Fill in the total dollar beside each item and a grand total at the bottom next to the signature
(4) Print your form and cash for your total purchase in an envelope
This will be the first time having a larger number of people participate in the coop. Please bee patient with me as we work out the kinks. In the future we will have set monthly dates for ordering, payment drop off locations and set days for pick up. However, this month we will make this happen in the shortest and easiest way possible.
- You can drop your order and payment off with us personally at an event
- You can email ( in the word document format) your order and we will work out at time to connect on payment
- The order / payment deadline will be Tuesday, November 29th
- We will let you know the pickup date on Tuesday, November 29th when we place the order
- You will need to pick up your order the same day or the day following drop off
Other important information
- These prices change weekly. The prices listed on the attached form are the prices for yesterday Nov 15th On average prices do not vary more than 10% up or down. If they are higher or lower the difference will be refunded or due at the time of pick up.
- The only exception to the 10% is the rare item like peanuts might be right now. If there is a specific food that might be publically in question of rising cost I can get that information before ordering but cannot go through each individual item.
- I can upon request get foods that are not fully ripened to provide extra time for things like canning but if I make that request it needs to be for the entire order of food not just one box or type.
- If we do not qualify for free delivery and we are required to pick up we will charge a processing / admin fee which will be gas divided among each family participating equally. The pickup would be in KC.
