music, horse care, grooming, riding, and possibly archery.

Stations are dependent on volunteer help available that day.

All income is used to help with the camp’s expenses and outreach projects.

Meal Deal:  $2 –hot dog, chips, brownie, and lemonade You are welcome to bring your own lunch.

Please indicate how many meals your family will need when you sign up for the trip. We will also offer nachos, hot dogs, canned pop, juice, various candy, and bottled water from the concession stand.

Our prices are very reasonable. Again, this helps us provide outreach projects to our rural areas.

**Coolers of water/cups are available throughout the day at no charge.

Just a few quidelines for the day:

**All participants must wear sturdy walking shoes or hiking boots, no sandals or flip flops.

**Only participants are allowed on the challenge course. However, one adult per group of students may accompany         thegroup, but must not offer help to the group. This is an educational experience for the students. We want them          problem solving and working together as a team.

**Absolutely no children younger than 4th grade are to be on the course at any time. This is a huge liability issue                 for us, and we thank you for your consideration in helping us keep our insurance cost down.

**If any parents would like more information about the course, a 20 minute tour will be given during lunch time.                 The course is an awesome tool to use for couples, ball teams, youth       groups, scouts, 4-H clubs, etc. to                 build trust and   develop communication skills.

**Please be aware of the weather as it can be quite cool at the ranch in the fall.  I suggest layered clothing that can                 be shed as needed. If it is expected to be really cool, we will have a campfire going.

The day will be set up with 2 age groups, grades 4 and up in one group, ages 3 through 3rd grade in the other. Grades 4 and up will be divided into boys and girls. When not on the course, they will be participating in group activities. Ages 3 through grade 3 will be rotating through stations throughout the day. Each station will be 30-45 minutes. Parents will be asked to accompany groups through the stations, helping when necessary.  Children younger than 3 must stay with their parents or a designated adult, not an older sibling. We will have at least one volunteer with each station.

**Please keep in mind that our goal at Living Waters Ranch, in part, is to provide an inexpensive outdoor classroom for area children. We will do the best we can to ensure your group has an awesome experience. You can help us by talking with your children about appropriate behavior, picking up after themselves, and showing respect for the volunteers and facilitators. Come prepared to have a GREAT time outdoors!!

NOTE:  Very important!!

DO NOT map quest directions to the ranch. Use our directions on the website (www.livingwatersfoundation.org)

Sometimes the directions bring you in a back way where a bridge is out and

you will not be able to find us through those directions! Call 417-646-2694 with questions.
